Whilst being the youngest member of the team, Callum possess a natural energetic and charismatic presence, having launched a variety of projects focused on creating value in a variety of sectors and direct experience within the EPM and BI market. Callum leads our team towards achieving our vision.
Having launched his first business at 13 & first hand recruitment experience at 15, Callum already has gained vast experience in the business world.
In his time away from Delectus, Callum is often occupied with one of his other projects, public speaking or mentoring students and others.
Amy has an instinctive ability to understand people and what drives them, this allows her as a consultant to make introductions that allow create the environment for people to flourish. A firm believer in our mission Amy shows clear tenacity in her role whilst always staying true to the goals and values of Delectus.
In her spare time, Amy loves to travel around the world, having visited 50+ countries!
