Delectus-Consulting was formed with Candidates at the forefront of the vison, A career is one of, if not the most important aspect of one’s life, the responsibility given to a recruiter should not be taken lightly.

For too long recruiters have put clients above candidates, in such competitive times this should not be the case. We hope that by placing candidates in roles which fit them technically and culturally they will grow to become our clients. The Candidates we place should be all the advertising we need to do.

Each candidate is given a dedicated contact to oversee their process. Your contact will take time to understand your skills, your values and most importantly what drives you. We understand that the process of looking for a new opportunity it is not a 9-5 process, your contact will be available 24/7 to answer any questions you may have and ensure that all introductions are suitable for you.

We also have a neutral contract negotiator who has sat the bar exam and is an unregistered barrister. Acting from an impartial middle ground we are able to ensure that any contract signed is of the best interest for all parties.

At Delectus we take time to understand each company we work with and what they are looking for. This gives you a unique advantage to other candidates. For one it means if we are putting you forward for the role, we truly believe you are capable of achieving within the role.
